The Brand Team at TurboTax Canada drives the go-to-market creative campaign, ensuring a cohesive brand experience in all advertising executions. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams both internal and external, understanding how marketing campaigns are developed, executed, and measured from conception to delivery.聽

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Support the Brand and Media team in a variety of projects including but not limited to: brand copywriting, project management, creative asset production, creative performance measurement, SEM campaign management, and dazzling internal communications.
  • Contribute to the activation of TurboTax Canada’s brand campaign and development of creative assets for various social and display platforms.
  • Work closely with external agencies, representing both the brand and company as a project driver and steward of the brand. 

 

How You’ll Lead:  

  • Collaborate closely with other team members and cross-functional colleagues. 
  • Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
  • Write creative email, digital and paid social media ads with both micro copy and long form messaging. 
  • Manage the brand activity calendar. 
  • Make our work shine by contributing to marketing awards submission cases.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail oriented and pay close attention to the specifics of problems, questions, and projects.
  • High level mastery of long form writing, impeccable spelling and grammar, and editorial standards. 
  • Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a drive to uphold brand standards and overcome challenges. 
  • High degree of initiative and creativity to maintain ongoing creative campaign initiatives and make recommendations for improvements

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Actively enrolled in a post-secondary education program.
  • A graduation date at least 4 months after the co-op term ends.
  • Available for an 8-month co-op work term from September 2025 - April 2026 for 40 hours per week.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the co-op term, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to work in our Toronto office a minimum of 3 days per week.
