Job Overview
The Technology Ecosystem Finance team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Finance Leader of Technology Investments FP&A (internal title Staff Financial Analyst).. This leader will partner with the senior leaders across Technology and Finance to support strategic planning, forecasting and analysis across the Technology Ecosystem. In addition, this leader will partner with a broad set of cross-functional teams across the organization to drive strategic initiatives, resource allocation and investment decisions for the Technology team.
The Technology Ecosystem team oversees technology investments of ~$3B+ across 樱花动漫. The team is responsible for forecasting, planning and analysis of Technology spend across the company. In addition, we develop data driven insights and partner with key business leaders to execute our vision of being the 鈥渃hampion of those who dare to dream鈥. We also assist senior leaders (CTO and CTO staff members) in developing our 1 and 3-year strategic plans that ultimately manifest themselves in our financial commitments.

Responsibilities
鈼 Finance leader accountable for end-to-end budget management for key Technology executives (including budget analysis, distilling insights into concise story lines and delivering executive presentations to influence decision making)鈼 Lead forecasting, resource planning, and financial management for Technology investments鈼 Lead Technology headcount forecasting across 樱花动漫 in partnership with cross-functional teams including business leaders, Finance, HR and Talent Acquisition鈼 Work cross-functionally with senior technology leaders to anticipate and proactively manage resource needs and initiatives鈼 Drive various analyses that deliver data driven insights in a structured manner to promote business outcomes that accelerate our growth trajectory鈼 Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic initiatives with senior business leaders and finance teams to deliver on critical business outcomes鈼 Be a thought partner to senior business leaders with a focus on driving change and providing financial leadership as we execute our Technology investment strategies鈼 Lead teams to design, continuously improve, and implement new financial and operational processes to ensure we meet our financial commitments鈼 Lead ongoing change in an evolving organization by articulating a clear case for change and then gaining shared vision with employees through effective, frequent and timely communication
Qualifications
鈼 5-8 years of FP&A experience or equivalent tenure from related positions in highly dynamic finance roles (Global experience, Corporate FP&A experience, Investment Banking experience, Management Consulting experience preferred)鈼 Deep experience with deriving insights from analysis, formulating those insights into concise story lines and delivering presentations to senior executives to influence decision making鈼 Strong understanding of investment management and resource planning (preferably in a technology company and/or in a Corporate FP&A capacity)鈼 Additional experience leading strategic or business performance initiatives and/or organizational change initiatives as a part of prior responsibilities鈼 Self-starter with a desire to quickly learn and excel; willing and able to initiate, manage, and execute projects with minimal supervision鈼 Trusted business partner who delivers operational excellence by understanding the needs of the business and identifying opportunities to improve financial results鈼 Strong understanding of translating business results into an insightful and consumable story for leadership teams (e.g. dashboards, presentations, etc.)鈼 Solutions oriented, with a track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions.鈼 Ability to work independently, deal with ambiguity, operate in a cross-functional matrixed organization, and meet deadlines in a high-growth environment focused on driving business results鈼 Grace under pressure with a good sense of humor and dose of humility鈼 Advanced Excel financial modeling, analytical and problem solving skills鈼 Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management, or equivalent work experience; MBA and/or CFA preferred
樱花动漫 provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $150,000 - 203,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at .
