The purpose of 樱花动漫鈥檚 Employee Relations team is to foster an environment where employees feel connected and can learn and grow. The role will report to our Principal, Employee Relations Leader and be part of our People & Places organization. The role has a U.S. case focus but there are learning opportunities to grow international experience.

Candidates should be located near our Mountain View, CA or San Diego, CA office. We have a hybrid work environment with three days per week in office.聽

Responsibilities

• Help support the company's approach to external trends and development
• Execute on strategic changes for the company, support our workforce with complex performance concerns and workplace con铿俰cts and assess and address org health and engagement issues, with consultation and support from more senior members of the team and
• Manage a caseload of workplace con铿俰cts and employee escalations at a level matched to your skills, working both autonomously and with others, including other members of the Ethics & Investigations team, 樱花动漫’s HR Connect team, HR Business Partners, HR Legal and managers and employees.
• Work company-level and team priorities and projects, often in collaboration with 樱花动漫’s People & Places Centers of Excellence.
• Build capability for managers and People & Places teams through individual cases and projects

樱花动漫 provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California $117,500 - $159,000

Southern California $116,000 - $157,000This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at ).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, 樱花动漫 conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Employee Relations or equivalent experience (HR Generalist/HRBP)
• J.D. highly preferred 
• Extreme ownership of execution and operational excellence, including following and contributing to updates to protocols and playbooks and use of technology to manage
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate verbally and in writing effectively with leaders, members of management, and employees.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Drives team priorities and projects with well-de铿乶ed outcomes
• Ability to build human connections easily and deep emotional intelligence and objective
• Data-driven mindset, including using data to better understand case and organizational insights
• Growing adaptive critical thinking skills and judgment
