樱花动漫 provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.

The expected base pay range for this position is:New York: $226,500 - 306,500

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at ).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Responsibilities

鈼� Stay deeply engaged with our customers' needs, shedding light on complex and hidden challenges.鈼� Bring the comprehensive customer solution to life by seamlessly integrating human experiences with an exceptional product.鈼� Lead with the ability to create innovative designs that inspires and motivates teams.鈼� Demonstrate artistry and excellence in the communication of strategic ideas.鈼� Organize and drive design work across multiple teams, organizations and partners.鈼� Advocate for design systems and ecosystem cohesion with explicit goals of reuse.鈼� Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms鈼� Create user interface design, architecture and functionality according to usability best practices, standards-compliant design and most importantly, user tested data.鈼� Develop the best creative and innovative solutions possible within timeline and scope.鈼� See design concepts through from the conception to tangible customer benefit..鈼� Contribute to the development of the creative team's culture and quality standards.鈼� Present and effectively communicate the conceptual vision and foster ideas to help spread storytelling techniques to inspire the team.鈼� Collaborate effectively with product management, development,research, marketing, and other team members鈼� Use quantitative and qualitative data to extract insights that guide design choices and understand user behavior.

Qualifications

鈼� 8+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field鈼� Demonstrable skills and experience solving for complex design and product systems鈼� Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field, or equivalent experience; Master’s preferredMastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Invision鈼� Strong knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and user research.鈼� Proven track record in setting a vision for great customer experiences, inspiring others to get behind the vision, and ultimately delivering products and services that are known for their delightful experience and ease of use鈼� Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator鈼� Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner鈼� A passion for creating products that resonate on an emotional level鈼� Strong online portfolio available for viewing
